Sue Wingate is reknowned for her portraits of racehorses and scenes that reflect the world of horse racing and breeding. That they are highly collectible is borne out by the number of original artworks that she now has in private collections around the world.

If so, you will find many examples of a wide variety of the artist’s work on this website, not only racehorses but landscapes and other animals are also featured Sue’s focus is invariably on completing private and corporate commissions but she has had two large ‘one woman’ shows in Doncaster and Newmarket and has also enjoyed close associations with the national press at times, completing a variety of projects on their behalf. Some paintings take up to 3 months to complete, a lengthy but worthwhile process! Booking well in advance is therefore recommended.
Work that has been commissioned for reproduction purposes often remains with the artist and there are usually such paintings available for sale. Check here (link) for further details.
